Position Summary: We are seeking a seasoned Manager - HR & Admin with 5+ years of experience , preferably in the services industry. This is a critical role that requires a hands-on generalist to oversee everything from recruitment to compliance for a workforce that includes both unskilled laborers and skilled professionals. Key Responsibilities: Recruitment & Talent Acquisition: Lead the full recruitment cycle across all three companies. Payroll & Compensation: Manage all aspects of payroll and benefits. Employee Relations: Handle performance management, conflict resolution, and employee grievances. Policy & Compliance: Develop and implement HR policies, ensuring full legal compliance. Training & Development: Coordinate training initiatives to support employee growth. Administrative Duties: Oversee general administrative tasks essential for daily operations. Qualifications & Skills: Minimum 5 years of HR experience, ideally in the services industry. Proven experience in recruitment and HR compliance. Proficiency in Malayalam and English is a must , with Hindi being a plus. Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
