Operations Manager

As an Operations Manager at Red Dot Events, your role will involve leading the planning and on-site execution of various events. You will be responsible for project management, logistics, team leadership, and ensuring quality and safety standards are met. Your strong operational background in the services industry, preferably from hospitality or construction sectors, will be highly valued. Key Responsibilities: - Lead events from start to finish, managing timelines, budgets, and resources effectively. - Oversee logistics and maintain relationships with vendors and suppliers. - Ensure seamless event delivery by leading on-site teams and troubleshooting issues as they arise. - Supervise and train operational staff to maintain high performance standards. - Uphold quality standards and safety regulations throughout all operations. Qualifications & Skills: - Possess 3+ years of operations and project management experience in the services industry. - Proven track record in the hospitality or construction sectors is advantageous. - Strong project management, leadership, and problem-solving skills are essential. - Proficiency in Malayalam and English is required for effective communication. - Willingness to take on a hands-on role with irregular hours during events is necessary.
