Job Description: You will be working as a Country Go-To-Market (GTM) Manager responsible for the successful launch, sales, and profitability of smartphones in a specific country. Your role will involve conducting market analysis, strategic planning, product lifecycle management, and achieving key financial and operational metrics. Your focus will be on aligning global objectives with local market execution to drive sustainable growth and profitability. Key Responsibilities: - Conduct comprehensive market analysis to identify growth opportunities by understanding consumer preferences, market size, competitor analysis, and marketing trends. - Develop and maintain a strategic roadmap for product launches, market expansion, and growth initiatives, aligning with global strategies. - Create pricing strategies, manage promotional campaigns, and optimize sales policies based on market conditions and competition. - Forecast demand, manage inventory, and ensure supply aligns with market needs to maintain healthy stock levels. - Monitor and optimize key financial metrics, manage sales and marketing expenses, and evaluate sales performance using data-driven insights. - Collaborate with global teams and local partners to ensure seamless execution of GTM strategies and expand market reach. Key Qualifications: - Education: Bachelors/Masters degree in business, marketing, or related field; MBA preferred. - Experience: 5-10 years in marketing, sales, or business development, preferably in the smartphone or consumer electronics industry. - Skills: Deep understanding of local market dynamics, strong analytical skills, expertise in pricing and inventory forecasting, excellent communication and negotiation skills. - Competencies: Strategic thinking, customer-centric approach, agility to adapt to fast-paced market changes.
