Green Tsavorite Organic Farm is a regenerative farm in Varkala focused on sustainable agriculture, soil health, biodiversity, and eco-conscious living. We also host guests, workshops, and community events as part of our farm hospitality program, while generating sales through farm produce and eco-tourism experiences.
We are seeking a multi-talented Manager to oversee agricultural operations, farm hospitality, and revenue generation. This is a leadership role that bridges farm production, sustainable living, guest engagement, and sales. The ideal candidate is passionate about organic farming, experienced in hospitality management, and motivated to drive sales and revenue through farm produce, farm stays, workshops, and eco-experiences.
