About Green Tsavorite Project: Green Tsavorite Organic Farm is a regenerative farm in Varkala focused on sustainable agriculture, soil health, biodiversity, and eco-conscious living. We also host guests, workshops, and community events as part of our farm hospitality program, while generating sales through farm produce and eco-tourism experiences. Role Overview: We are seeking a multi-talented Manager to oversee agricultural operations, farm hospitality, and revenue generation. This is a leadership role that bridges farm production, sustainable living, guest engagement, and sales. The ideal candidate is passionate about organic farming, experienced in hospitality management, and motivated to drive sales and revenue through farm produce, farm stays, workshops, and eco-experiences. Key Responsibilities Oversee day-to-day farm operations with a focus on efficiency and sustainability. Maintain records, resources, and overall farm infrastructure. Supervise and guide farm staff to ensure best practices are followed. Develop and implement strategies to generate sales . Build partnerships with local businesses, travel companies, and community networks. Promote the farm through digital marketing, social media, and eco-tourism platforms. Identify new opportunities for revenue growth . Monitor sales performance and report on revenue targets.
