As a Manager at Golden Event Palace, your role will involve overseeing the complete operations of the banquet hall, restaurant, and hotel to ensure smooth daily operations, exceptional guest experiences, and effective team leadership. Key Responsibilities: - Manage event bookings, client meetings, and function planning for banquet and event operations. - Supervise event setup, catering, and service quality while coordinating with vendors and support teams. - Oversee daily restaurant operations, maintain food quality and hygiene standards, control inventory, and handle customer queries. - Supervise room reservations, front office, and housekeeping functions for hotel operations. - Lead and manage a team of staff, conduct daily briefings, training, and performance evaluations, and enforce company policies. - Achieve sales and profit targets through operational efficiency, generate performance reports, and share updates with management. Qualifications Required: - Graduate / Diploma in Hotel Management or Hospitality. - Minimum 3-8 years of experience in banquet, restaurant, or hotel management. - Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills. - Ability to multitask and work under pressure. - Sound knowledge of F&B operations, customer service, and event coordination.
