Manager

GlobalLogic is seeking a highly skilled and motivated Manager to oversee a large portfolio of over 250+ employees. The ideal candidate will need to possess exceptional organizational, communication, and problem-solving abilities to ensure customer satisfaction, retention, and revenue growth. This role involves handling multiple responsibilities and managing relationships with clients from various industries. The qualified candidate should have at least 12+ years of overall experience, including a minimum of 8 years in team management. A graduation degree is a must-have qualification along with excellent communication skills. Experience in conflict management, client and stakeholder relationship building, commitment to compliance and standards, leadership and team development, clear and impactful communication, results-driven attitude, and initiative-oriented approach are essential requirements for this role. Additionally, the candidate should be willing to work from the office in rotational shifts.
