This role involves handling multiple responsibilities and managing relationships with clients from various industries. The qualified candidate should have at least 12+ years of overall experience, including a minimum of 8 years in team management. A graduation degree is a must-have qualification along with excellent communication skills. Experience in conflict management, client and stakeholder relationship building, commitment to compliance and standards, leadership and team development, clear and impactful communication, results-driven attitude, and initiative-oriented approach are essential requirements for this role.
