Job Description

As the Manager, Global Product Commercialization at our company, you will play a crucial role in leading the product sales and expansion function for Operational Reports. Your responsibilities will include owning the Sales P&L for one of the 5 regions and leading a team of ACS resources. You will oversee key activities such as developing the Sales Pipeline, identifying new white-space opportunities, engaging customers to demonstrate product value, and monitoring product adoption trends. Your collaboration with the Global Product Management team will ensure that product commercialization plans align with the product roadmap. Key Responsibilities: - Lead a large ACS team to successfully commercialize products, ensuring maximum customer value and revenue - Identify new white-spaces for growth and pursue strategic product partnerships to accelerate revenue opportunities - Explore pricing strategies that enable sales with clear value quantification for sustainable revenue growth - Monitor product adoption trends and develop approaches to engage customers in partnership with regional teams - Define comprehensive KPIs to track commercialization success and collaborate with development teams to automate tracking tools/capabilities - Develop market/customer-specific commercial constructs beyond standard go-to-market strategies to meet customer needs - Create customer value narratives based on product value propositions and case studies - Partner with regional teams to develop sales training materials and conduct trainings - Build strong working relationships with internal and external stakeholders to achieve commercialization goals Qualifications: - Strong customer focus and commercial mindset - Experience in commercializing APIs and AI-based products preferred - Ability to define and execute bold product strategies that drive business transformation - Analytical and solutions-oriented with a strategic mindset to solve complex problems - Proven track record of collaborating in cross-functional teams - Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple priorities - Bachelor's degree in business or relevant experience; MBA is a plus - Extensive experience in strategy consulting or product commercialization - Strong communication and influencing skills to work effectively with stakeholders Your commitment to information security is paramount as you will have access to Mastercard assets, information, and networks.
