Role & responsibilities

Job Title: Key Account Manager

Exp: 7-10 yrs

Responsible for ensuring the operational, financial and brand success of franchisees. My role focuses on supporting, coaching and guiding franchisees to meet their business goals.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:-

1. Operational Support & Performance Management

Provide regular operational support through scheduled virtual meetings, center visits, and performance reviews.

Identify areas of improvement and provide necessary training to franchise staff.

2. Franchise Relationship Management

Act as a liaison to escalate and resolve operational issues and grievances.

3. Admissions & Revenue Growth

Drive admissions at centers to meet assigned targets.

4. Financial Performance & Collections

Ensure at least 75% of the monthly collection target (License Fee + Royalty) is achieved.

5. Weekly Review Meetings

• Conduct structured review and evaluation meetings with every franchise to understand the day to day working at the centres.

6. Performance Analysis & Reporting

• Analyze key performance indicators such as sales, customer satisfaction, and compliance and take corrective measures.

7. Hiring & Training of Non-Academic Staff

• Support franchisees with hiring and training non-academic staff.

8. Audit & Compliance

• Conduct audits and assessments to ensure brand and operational compliance on a regular fixed time frame.

9. Financial Tracking & Reporting

• Prepare and update Royalty and License Fee trackers regularly.

10. Daily Reporting Compliance

• Ensure franchise centres share their daily admission/working reports on time.

11. Student Engagement & Webinars

• Conduct educational webinars for centre students as per schedule with SM Sir .

12. CP STAR Exam Execution

• Ensure smooth execution of CP STAR Exam with strong student participation.

13. Retention of Active Centres

• Build strong relationships and provide operational support to ensure that active centres are continued /retained in the next session.
