Role Overview:

Franchise Expansion Manager

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify, evaluate, and finalize

  new franchise partners

  across Tier 1, 2 & 3 cities.
• Execute the

  end-to-end franchise development cycle

  – from lead generation and site evaluation to agreement closures.
• Conduct

  market mapping and feasibility analysis

  to identify high-potential locations.
• Collaborate with internal teams (projects, legal, retail) for seamless partner onboarding.
• Ensure compliance with

  brand SOPs, visual merchandising, and operational standards

  .
• Represent Richlook at trade shows, retail expos, and franchise meets.
• Monitor partner performance post-opening and support for ramp-up.
• Report regularly to management with pipeline updates and expansion progress.

Candidate Requirements:

• Education:

  Graduate in Business Administration / Marketing / Retail Management.

• Experience:

  5–8 years in franchise development / retail business development (preferably in fashion, apparel, or lifestyle retail).

• Location:

  Based in or around

  Gurugram/NCR

• Skills:

• Strong

  negotiation & interpersonal

  skills
• Knowledge of

  franchise models, ROI structures, and retail leases

• Excellent communication and

  travelling readiness
