Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an E-commerce Manager, located in Gurugram. The E-commerce Manager will be responsible for overseeing the online sales and presence of Richlook. Day-to-day tasks include managing the e-commerce website, optimizing product listings, analyzing sales data, coordinating with marketing and sales teams, and handling online customer service. The role also involves developing strategies to increase online traffic and sales, ensuring the website is user-friendly, and keeping up-to-date with the latest e-commerce trends.
