Ecommerce Manager

Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an E-Commerce Manager located in Chembur. The E-Commerce Manager will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the e-commerce platform, including managing product listings, optimizing the online shopping experience, and coordinating with marketing and fulfillment teams. Other tasks include analyzing metrics and user feedback to improve performance, developing promotional strategies, managing budgets, and ensuring compliance with e-commerce regulations.

Qualifications

• Strong understanding of e-commerce platforms, product listings, and online shopping experiences
• Proficiency in analytics and metrics to track and improve e-commerce performance
• Experience with promotional strategies, budget management, and compliance with regulations
• Excellent organizational and project management skills
• Strong communication and teamwork abilities
• Experience with digital marketing and user experience optimization is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field

MUST HAVE -

- Experience of managing campaigns on Quick commerce platforms is mandatory

- Excellent understanding of Q-commerce platform algorithms

- Experience with platform dashboards and execution tools is mandatory.

- Candidates having experience of Marketing Agencies will be preferred.
