We’re looking for a dynamic and driven professional to lead our partnerships and alliances function.

What You’ll Do

• Identify and onboard banks and fintech partners
• Build and nurture long-term relationships with key stakeholders
• Lead negotiations and finalize partnership agreements
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth execution
• Track performance metrics and optimize partnership strategies
• Stay ahead of market trends and regulatory developments

What You Bring

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Marketing, or related field
• 2–4 years of experience in partnerships, business development, or strategic alliances
• Exposure to fintech, banking, or financial services preferred
• Strong understanding of cooperative banking and credit society ecosystems
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills
• Comfort working in a fast-paced, startup environment
• Familiarity with CRM tools and data analysis platforms
