Job Description

As a Manager, Financial Planning & Analysis, your role is crucial in managing all aspects of management reporting for the EEMEA region. Your responsibilities include leading the financial close process, implementing and maintaining processes for regional revenue forecasts and budgets, driving strategic planning sessions, developing business plans, preparing management reporting packages, and collaborating with various functional groups. Additionally, you will provide leadership and guidance to Divisional Finance teams, assess operational efficiency, and guide and mentor the team. Qualifications Required: - Chartered Accountant or CPA, or MBA Finance with advanced knowledge and experience in financial planning and management - Good knowledge of Business Intelligence tools, financial systems/applications such as Hyperion and Oracle - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills - Self-motivated with a proven track record of success in a team environment - Ability to deliver results in a fast-paced environment with accuracy and urgency - Excellent communication and presentation skills - Broad understanding of finance areas - Good understanding of reporting, forecasting, and budgeting techniques - Strong strategic thinking and business understanding - Strong relationship management and networking skills As part of your Corporate Security Responsibility at Mastercard, it is essential that you abide by security policies and practices, ensure confidentiality and integrity of accessed information, report any security violations or breaches, and complete mandatory security trainings in accordance with guidelines.,
