Job Description

This is a full time role with our client (a global automobile org for their captive finance arm).

About The Role

We are seeking a highly skilled FP&A professional to partner with the CFO and leadership team in driving the organization's financial planning, analysis, and reporting agenda. This role plays a critical part in shaping strategic decision-making through accurate forecasting, insightful analysis, and compliance-driven reporting.Key Responsibilities
  • Lead monthly financial reporting (Power BI) aligned with RBI, IFRS & IndAS guidelines
  • Drive budgeting, forecasting, and long-term financial planning
  • Develop financial models, variance analysis, and profitability assessments to support business decisions
  • Identify risks and opportunities to optimize financial performance
  • Partner with business stakeholders and provide strategic insights for growth and efficiency
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal governance standards
Ideal Candidate Profile
  • Qualification: CA / MBA (Finance) / CFA
  • Experience: 7+ years in FP&A, preferably from NBFC or captive finance sector
  • Strong expertise in Power BI reporting, financial modelling, and variance analysis
  • Solid understanding of RBI guidelines, IFRS & IndAS standards
  • Excellent analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills
