Role Overview:

We are seeking a dynamic and driven finance professional to join our team as Manager – Finance. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing and supporting all aspects of fund-raising, financial structuring, lender relationships, investor communications, and financial analysis related to infrastructure investment projects, particularly in the InvIT and BOT-HAM/Toll project space.

Key Responsibilities:

· Liaise with Lenders, Financial Institutions, Investors, and Fund Houses to raise funds through loans, NCDs, etc., for InvIT and group entities.

· Manage pre- and post-sanction processes: prepare proposals, coordinate sanction documentation, interact with LLCs and banks for execution.

· Compile and submit financial information and reports required by lenders, investors, and institutions.

· Work closely with Credit Rating Agencies for ongoing and new rating assignments.

· Handle debt syndication, negotiation, and deal execution.

· Develop robust financial models for BOT-HAM and BOT-Toll infrastructure projects.

· Assist in creating quarterly presentations for the Board of Directors, investors, and lenders.

· Conduct valuation of infrastructure projects and support due diligence exercises.

Desired Candidate Profile:

· Demonstrated experience in fund-raising and financial structuring, preferably in the infrastructure or InvIT sector.

· Strong financial analysis and modeling capabilities.

· Sound knowledge of infrastructure project finance, including BOT and HAM models.

· Experience in managing relationships with lenders, investors, and credit rating agencies.

· Effective communicator with excellent presentation and interpersonal skills.

· Ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively under pressure.

· Strong team orientation and collaborative mindset.

· High degree of integrity, accountability, and analytical thinking.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹1,100,000.00 - ₹2,000,000.00 per year
