Essential skills

Experience in co-ordinating audit activities and managing reporting, budget development and analysis
Good understanding of latest accounting standards, IND AS, Tax provisions
Keen analytic, organization and problem-solving skills which allows for strategic data interpretation versus simple reporting
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
A proactive, hands-on strategic thinker
Knowledge of Tally, SAP and other MS Office applications
Understanding of Financial Modelling
Understanding of Treasury function

Job Profile

Monitoring Project Performance for various Keppel Investments
Interacting with JV Partner teams for Variance analysis, Query resolution, reviewing financial business plans
Engaging with prospective lenders financial reporting, Covenants compliances etc
Negotiating commercials and structuring of loans in light of prevailing regulations
Assist in HQ reporting with multiple reports pertaining to Project performances
Assist in Business restructuring such as Demerger activities/ FPI set up
Monthly Book closing/SAP reporting
Audits/ Tax compliances
Budgeting/ Forecasting/ Year end valuations
Assist in financial due diligences for new acquisitions

Note :

This is a contractual role for 6 months only.
