Manager - Finance

You will be joining Fazlani Exports, a leading player in the export and import of agricultural produce and ready-to-eat foods under the brand Fazlani Foods. As the Manager - Finance, your role will be crucial in overseeing financial planning, budgeting, compliance, and reporting processes to ensure financial discipline and business profitability. Key Responsibilities: - Prepare and monitor annual budgets, forecasts, and long-term financial plans. - Conduct variance analysis and provide actionable insights to management. - Track key performance indicators (KPIs) and prepare MIS reports. - Ensure timely and accurate preparation of financial statements as per accounting standards. - Supervise monthly closing processes and ledger reconciliations. - Analyze production and operational costs for cost-saving opportunities. - Implement and monitor standard costing systems for food manufacturing operations. - Ensure compliance with statutory requirements and liaise with auditors and regulatory authorities. - Manage working capital, banking relationships, and cash flow planning. - Support cross-functional teams with financial data for decision-making. - Participate in strategic projects like capex evaluations and automation. Key Requirements: Education: CA Experience: 8-12 years in finance and accounts, preferably in FMCG/food manufacturing. Skills: Analytical mindset, team management, communication skills, ability to work under pressure.
