Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Manager Exports Sales based in Mumbai. The Manager Exports Sales will oversee and manage international sales operations for a dedicated region/country, build and maintain relationships with clients, develop and implement export sales strategies, and ensure compliance with global trade regulations. Day-to-day tasks include prospecting new markets, negotiating contracts, monitoring sales performance, preparing export documentation, and collaborating with internal teams to meet customer needs and deliver high-quality solutions.

Qualifications

• Strong Sales and Negotiation skills, with a proven track record in international sales
• Experience in Export Documentation, Trade Compliance, and Knowledge of Global Trade Regulations
• Ability to develop and execute Strategic Sales Plans and Market Expansion Strategies
• Excellent Communication and Relationship Management skills to build trust with international clients
• Analytical and Problem-Solving skills to identify market opportunities and deliver solutions
• Proficiency in CRM tools and Microsoft Office Suite
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering with a Master's degree in Marketing, International Trade, or a related field
• Experience in the pharmaceutical machinery industry for 5+ years is preferred
• Willingness to travel internationally as required to meet business objectives
