Job Description

XL is looking for an experienced and dynamic Full Stack Developer to join our innovative development team. In this role, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining both the front-end and back-end components of web applications. You will leverage your expertise in a wide range of technologies to create scalable and efficient solutions that meet business requirements. The ideal candidate should have a strong proficiency in front-end technologies like HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and frameworks like Angular, React, or Vue.js, as well as back-end technologies such as Node.js, Python, Java, or .NET. Experience with databases (SQL and NoSQL), API development, and cloud platforms will be essential. As a Full Stack Developer at EXL, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration and optimal performance across the application stack. Additionally, you will be responsible for code optimization, debugging, and ensuring a high standard of code quality through best practices such as version control, unit testing, and code reviews. Strong problem-solving abilities, a keen eye for detail, and the ability to work efficiently in an Agile environment are key to success in this role.
