Your Profile as Value Stream Leader (m/f/d): 11+ years of experience in mechanical engineering, specifically in the automotive sector, with expertise in manufacturing systems and continuous improvement practices. Proven ability to implement advanced manufacturing concepts like Kaizen, Lean, SMED, and TQM, achieving cost optimization and waste reduction. Proficiency in MS Windows, AutoCAD, PLC, and CNC programming, with a deep understanding of manufacturing automation and processes. Strong leadership and people management skills, with a proven track record of coordinating value stream support functions and cross-functional teams. Excellent communication and analytical skills, coupled with a disciplined, systematic, and integrity-driven approach to managing complex manufacturing environments.
