Responsibilities Manage Overall Payment and Forms Operations in EXL People and process Management Employee Satisfaction, people development and morale Ensure no Penalties or Interests are incurred on cases due to delay in processing Provide overall view of SLAs & inventory to the stakeholders Ensure compliance to all regulatory/ legislative/ DOI requirements Provide inputs and insights to enhance team’s knowledge and skill Role Specific Skill Strong knowledge of US P&C is a mandate Experience in managing WC Claims processes Strong people management and leadership skills Develop strategies on the floor for reducing attrition and improving employee satisfaction. Capability to conduct appraisal discussions and assess different levels of performance and potential Identify & drive process improvement opportunities and be a champion Additional Skills / Requirements Customer Service orientation Excellent communication and comprehension skills Process Excellence Methodology Escalations management and resolution Knowledge of estimating technology platform is a plus Strong data comprehension skills – read and carefully interpret business requirements Organized and able to multi-task in a fast-paced environment Provide coaching and feedback to team members and enable them to improve their performance Show more Show less
