Manager Event & Hospitality

As a highly skilled and detail-oriented Manager Events & Hospitality, you will have the opportunity to showcase your exceptional abilities in planning, coordination, communication, and problem-solving. You will be responsible for planning and executing various corporate and social events, managing detailed planning and budgets, coordinating with vendors and suppliers, and ensuring the success of each event. Your role will involve post-event evaluation to improve future events. What you will do: - Planning and design: Create a comprehensive plan covering all aspects of the event, including objectives, budget, timeline, target audience, and business goals. - Vendor Management: Collaborate with external vendors, sponsors, and partners to ensure smooth event production and logistics management. - Team Leadership: Lead and coordinate a team of event staff, delegate tasks, and provide guidance for smooth event operations. - Budget Management: Create and manage budgets, monitor expenses, negotiate contracts, and ensure events are delivered within budget while maximizing ROI. - On-site Management: Oversee event setup, execution, and teardown, resolving any issues promptly. - Event Execution: Conceptualize, plan, and coordinate events with internal stakeholders, vendors, and sponsors for successful execution. - Post-event evaluation: Collect feedback, analyze findings, maintain detailed event reports, and provide insights for future improvements. What You Need to Succeed: - Excellent writing, editing, negotiation, and communication skills. - Strong organizational skills to manage multiple activities and events independently and collaboratively. - Ability to work under pressure, adapt to changing priorities, and drive projects forward. - Creative problem-solving skills and attention to detail. - Familiarity with organizing corporate & social events. - Strong understanding of social media platforms, tools, and analytics. Location: Mumbai Salary: Based on merit Minimum Qualifications: - 3-5 years of experience in event management - Experience with event management platforms - Bachelor's degree in B.Com, CA inter, or related field; additional degree in hospitality preferred.,
