Job Description

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced professional to fill the role of Manager, Ethics and Compliance - India. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in ethics and compliance, with excellent leadership and management skills.

Roles and Responsibility

Develop and implement comprehensive ethics and compliance programs to ensure adherence to regulatory requirements.
Conduct risk assessments and audits to identify potential compliance issues.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement effective compliance strategies.
Provide training and guidance on ethics and compliance matters to employees.
Monitor and report on compliance metrics and performance indicators.
Ensure timely completion of all compliance-related tasks and activities.

Job Requirements

Minimum 5 years of experience in ethics and compliance, preferably in a similar industry.
Strong knowledge of relevant laws, regulations, and standards.
Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to analyze complex data and make informed decisions.
Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
Experience with compliance management systems and tools.
