Key Responsibilities

People Management

• Lead, mentor, and coach a team to achieve both individual and organizational goals.
• Conduct performance reviews, develop growth plans, and support continuous skill development.
• Foster an inclusive, collaborative, and high-performing team environment.
• Manage workload distribution, resource planning, and day-to-day team operations.
  

Domain Expertise (Preferred)

• Experience working with EPM systems (e.g., Oracle, SAP, Workday, Anaplan, Hyperion, OneStream etc.).
• Ability to understand system workflows, integrations, and process impacts.
• Understanding of FP&A and Consolidation
• Support process optimization and system-related initiatives.
  

Operational Excellence

• Analyze team performance metrics and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
• Support business processes, enhance workflows, and ensure compliance with organizational standards.
• Contribute to strategic planning and organizational development activities.
  

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business, Technology, Operations, or related field (Master’s preferred but not mandatory).
• Minimum 3–4 years of people management experience leading teams.
• Experience or familiarity with EPM systems preferred.
• Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills.

Qualifications
