Manager - Enterprise Performance Management

We are seeking an experienced Manager with 12+ years of Exp with strong people leadership capabilities and proven project management expertise. The ideal candidate will have 3-4 years of hands-on people management experience and, preferably, a background in ERP or EPM domains. This role requires someone who can drive team performance, manage cross-functional initiatives, and ensure successful delivery of projects while fostering a high-performance culture.

Key Responsibilities

People Management

• Lead, mentor, and coach a team to achieve both individual and organizational goals.
• Conduct performance reviews, develop growth plans, and support continuous skill development.
• Foster an inclusive, collaborative, and high-performing team environment.
• Manage workload distribution, resource planning, and day-to-day team operations.

Project Management

• Plan, manage, and deliver projects within defined scope, timelines, and budget.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to ensure project alignment.
• Identify project risks and implement mitigation strategies.
• Monitor project progress and provide regular status updates to leadership.

Domain Expertise (Preferred)

• Experience working with ERP or EPM systems (e.g., Oracle, SAP, Workday, Anaplan, Hyperion, etc.).
• Ability to understand system workflows, integrations, and process impacts.
• Support process optimization and system-related initiatives.

Operational Excellence

• Analyze team performance metrics and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
• Support business processes, enhance workflows, and ensure compliance with organizational standards.
• Contribute to strategic planning and organizational development activities.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, Technology, Operations, or related field (Master's preferred but not mandatory).
• Minimum 3-4 years of people management experience leading teams.
• Strong project management skills, PMP or similar certification is a plus.
• Experience or familiarity with ERP/EPM systems preferred.
• Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills.
