Summary Position Summary Manager - Engineering Manager , Product Engineering The Engineering Manager isanintegralpartofthetechnicalapplicationdevelopmentteamandprimarily responsible for building and delivering the enterprise IT solutions.This position provides opportunity to lead and manageprojectsandprogramsforinternalITorganization . Engineering managerisa hands-on technical manager managing significant strategic and technical aspect of projects and programs, including communications with Leadership, leading multifunctional teams, quality, and adherence to Deloitte standards. Workyou’ll do Auniqueopportunitytobeapart ofgrowingDelivery,methods&Toolsteamthatdrivesconsistency,quality,and efficiency of the services delivered to stakeholders. You will be responsible for delivering applications build on Microsoft technology to support US Member firm. Development: Responsibleforprovidingtechnicalleadershiptoapplication developmenteffortstomeetandorexceed client expectations. ResponsibleforpracticingAgileprincipleonproject execution. Responsibleforconductingeffectiverequirementplanningsessionsandapplicationdesignsessionswith cross functional groups. Responsibleforleadinganddirectingthetechnicaltaskstothe team. Ensuressuccessfuldevelopmentandapplicationsupportstrategyis implemented. Encouragescollaborativeeffortsandcamaraderiewithon-shoreandoff-shoreteam members. Demonstratesaworkingunderstandingsoftwaredevelopmentprocesses Demonstratesastrongworkingunderstandingofindustrybeststandardsinsoftwaredevelopmentand version controlling. Ensuresthequalityandlowbugratesofcodereleasedinto production. WorkwithEngagementManageronmanagingtheteam,projectsandproductsofthe Portfolio. Should be able to resolve team’s technical queries and do code reviews . The shared services team provides call center support, Document Services support, financial processingandanalysissupport,Recordmanagementsupport,Ethicsandcompliancesupportandadminassistant support. Qualifications Required: Educationqualification : BE/BTech(IT/CS/Electronics)/MCA/MScComputer science 10+yearsofITexperienceinapplicationdevelopment , support,ormaintenance activities 4+yearsofteammanagement experience(technically) Musthaveexperienceonatleast2fulllifecycleofsoftware d evelopment. Hands onexperienceonASP.NET,C#,HTML,CSS, JavaScript , React / Angular, SQL server and Microsoft Azure Preferred: 2+yearsofexperiencinginAgile/scrum methodology. Clientfacingandexposuretoonshoreoffshoredelivery model. Experienceinworkinginaglobalenvironmentinvolvingmultipledevelopmentsitesonvarioustime zones.
