Job Description

Manpower planning, recruitment, training, motivation, and general administration.
Facilities, infrastructure, and vendor management.
Contract labour coordination, industrial relations, and government liaison work.
Ensuring smooth plant operations and administrative activities.
Implementation of cost-saving measures.
Handling grievances, disciplinary actions, and maintaining harmonious employee relations.
Filing statutory returns and ensuring compliance with labour laws.
Verification of contractor bills, correspondence, letter drafting, and documentation.

Candidate Profile (250 Characters)

Educational background in labour management.
Strong knowledge of labour laws, statutory acts, and compliance.
10 - 15 years of relevant experience, preferably in Maharashtra and in a textile manufacturing unit.
Marathi language proficiency is an advantage but not mandatory.
