DGM Production

Role & responsibilities

• The Person is responsible for all Production activity and plant. Daily production plan as per production planning to achieve the target.
• Raw material planning and ensure consumption of raw material as per standard norms. Manpower planning and co-ordinate with other departments heads for smooth operation of manufacturing activities.
• Responsible for quality and yield of all products manufactured in respective plant and for technology transfer of products. To review batch production records, standard operating procedures for the production of intermediates or APIs.ensure processing is going on as per written SOPs
• To evaluate investigation and reporting critical deviations. To ensure all necessary calibrations are performed and recorded.
• To review and approve production related validation documents.
• To conduct and record training to production person engaged in the manufacturing activities. Timely review performance of subordinates.
• To ensure the compliance of safety appliances by all personnel in the plant. To motivate the staff for safe working operation and take care of general safety in manufacturing plant.

Preferred candidate profile

1. Person should be working as Sr manager /DGM/AGM in a reputed API CDMO / CRAM company

2. Person should be First class MSc organic or BE chemical (no distance learning allowed) so we need date of passing of exam in Resumes or Tracker

3. should handled minimum tow production block for last 5-7 years & will be reporting to Plant Head

4. Personal should have faced at least one USFDA audit as a plant/block head

5. Age should not be more than 50 years

6. Must have very good knowledge of safety and cGMP

7. Should have sound knowledge of API batch manufacturing, documentation like investigation of Deviations, OOS, market complaint.

8. Hands on experience in terms of RMC reduction, cycle time reduction

9. Should be handling a block of capacity 300 KL in his current assignment

10. Person should have handled a team of minimum 100-+ Manager/officers/executive
