Learn more at merative.com We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as an Associate Cram Consultant. As an Associate Cram Consultant, you will be responsible for supporting the implementation and maintenance of the Cram software platform, which is widely used in social services, healthcare, and other government programs. This senior-level position is ideal for candidates with a strong interest in social services, healthcare, and technology. Primary Responsibilities Contribute to technical aspects of medium to large-scale Cram implementations. Collaborate with system integrators, customer staff, and partners to define enterprise architecture components. Define development and deployment approaches to realize the architecture. Serve as a technical reference for Cram design, development, testing, and deployment. Translate technical concepts across engineering, delivery, and service management teams. Partner with business and technology stakeholders to translate business needs into technical designs. Design, develop, code, and test Cram extensions in a JEE environment. Grow expertise in Cram-related areas such as mobile development, reporting/analytics, cloud, data migration, web services, and security. Facilitate small workshops and help clarify complex, ill-defined problems to propose solutions. Build strong relationships with colleagues, clients, and partners while promoting Meratives technical credibility. Required Professional And Technical Expertise 2+ years of experience in Cram implementation design and development. Some consulting experience with IT firms or direct client engagement. Strong skills in Java, JEE, and XML development. Experience with REST and SOAP web services. Knowledge of design patterns, design methods, and agile methodologies. Understanding of JEE scalability, performance, and application security. Strong written communication and presentation skills. Proficiency in relational databases (DB2 or Oracle) and SQL. Experience with WebSphere or WebLogic application servers. Preferred Expertise 2+ years in Java/JEE enterprise architecture. Familiarity with JavaScript frameworks (e.g., ReactJS). Knowledge of DevOps tools (CI/CD, Jenkins, etc.). Education Bachelors degree in Computer Science or related field required; Masters degree preferred.
