Job Description

Key Responsibilities:
Bucket Management:Handle collections for the X Bucket of Two-Wheeler loan accounts (e.g., 60+ DPD) with focus on reducing delinquency and improving recovery rates.Team Management:Supervise and manage in-house and outsourced field collections teams; set targets, monitor performance, and provide necessary training/coaching.Agency & Vendor Coordination:Engage with collection agencies/vendors; monitor productivity and ensure adherence to compliance and process norms.Customer Interaction:Directly interact with customers wherever necessary to resolve disputes, negotiate settlements, and facilitate repayments.Data Analysis & Reporting:Analyze collection data, aging reports, and performance metrics. Share regular MIS reports with senior management.Compliance & Risk:Ensure all collections practices adhere to RBI guidelines, fair practices code, and internal compliance standards.Recovery Strategies:Develop and implement strategies for skip tracing, repossession (if applicable), and legal action for chronic defaulters.
