Job Purpose

Key Responsibilities

Lead and manage the collections team handling motor finance accounts within DSMG.
Monitor daily collections activities, ensuring adherence to defined flows and SLAs.
Develop and implement collection strategies to improve recovery rates and reduce delinquency.
Analyze collection data and workflows to identify bottlenecks and optimize processes.
Collaborate with sales, credit, and legal teams for smooth resolution of overdue accounts.
Ensure compliance with regulatory guidelines and internal policies in all collection activities.
Prepare regular reports on collections performance, aging analysis, and forecast future recoveries.
Handle escalations and resolve complex cases effectively.
Drive automation and digitization of collection workflows to enhance efficiency.
