Job Summary: We are looking for a results-driven Manager Collections (Motor Finance) to lead and manage the delinquency management and recovery function within the Motor Finance business. The role involves developing and implementing effective collection strategies, monitoring overdue accounts, handling escalations, and driving portfolio health while ensuring compliance with regulatory and company standards. Key Responsibilities: Lead and manage the collections process for the Motor Finance portfolio. Monitor delinquent accounts, ensure timely follow-up, and achieve recovery targets. Develop and implement strategies to minimize NPAs and improve bucket-wise collections. Manage and supervise field collections teams, agencies, and recovery vendors. Handle escalated customer cases with effective negotiation and resolution. Ensure adherence to regulatory guidelines, audit standards, and company policies. Coordinate with legal, credit, and operations teams for effective resolution of difficult cases. Analyze collection performance through MIS reports and present insights to management.
