Role Description

This is a full-time on-site Manager role located in Pune. The Manager will oversee operational functions related to Audit & Assurance, and contribute to advisory processes. Responsibilities include leading client assignments, preparing reports, meeting compliance requirements, and mentoring team members. The role also involves collaborating with clients to deliver tailored financial and advisory solutions.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Audit & Assurance practices, including financial statement evaluations and internal audits
• Strong knowledge of Direct and Indirect Tax advisory, compliance, and regulatory frameworks
• Experience in Transaction advisory, company valuations, and business restructuring
• Skills in team leadership, mentoring, and client relationship management
• Excellent organizational, analytical, and problem-solving abilities
• Proficiency in financial management tools and reporting software is a plus
• Chartered Accountant qualification is required
• Strong communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively with diverse stakeholders
