Role Overview
The Manager – Commercial Digital Transformation & Enablement will act as a key driver of SOP (process documentation), process standardization, automation, and digital enablement within the Branch Commercial function. The role requires a strong understanding of Sales commercial processes, sales automation tools, and IT-driven solutions, with understanding of SAP/ DMS/ SFA with the ability to lead transformation initiatives and ensure seamless adoption across stakeholders. The incumbent will function as both a strategic enabler and execution lead, bringing in a highly automation-focused mindset to enhance operational efficiency, scalability, centralisation and business impact.
Key Responsibilities
Process Understanding & Standardization

Map, analyze, and standardize Sales commercial processes across branches.

Identify inefficiencies and design solutions supported by automation and digital tools.

Establish governance frameworks to ensure consistent process adherence.
Digital Enablement & Automation

Lead sales automation, ERP- SAP, DMS and digital workflow initiatives within branch sales commercial operations.

Partner with IT and business stakeholders to design and deploy scalable automation solutions.

Champion a digital-first, automation-driven mindset across teams.
Transformation & Change Management

Drive large-scale transformation projects from planning to execution.

Facilitate adoption of new tools and processes through training and communication.

Act as a change agent, enabling teams to transition smoothly into digital ways of working.
Stakeholder & Program Management

Collaborate with Sales, IT, Finance, and Corporate functions to deliver aligned outcomes.

Manage multiple stakeholders, ensuring transparency, alignment, and timely delivery.

Track program progress, risks, and KPIs to ensure successful execution.
Commercial Support & Governance

Support branch teams in digital adoption and issue resolution.

Monitor compliance and risk controls within automated processes.

Continuously explore new areas for automation within sales commercial functions.

Qualifications & Experience

MBA / Postgraduate in Business, Commerce, Technology, or equivalent.

CA/ CA Inter/ CWA preferable

6–10 years of experience in commercial operations, process automation, or digital transformation roles.

Hands-on exposure to sales automation tools, ERP platforms, and commercial digitization.
