Job Description

Lead and manage DevOps teams, fostering collaboration and ensuring smooth software delivery across environments.

-Oversee cloud infrastructure on AWS (or similar IaaS), including Kubernetes clusters, containerized deployments, and infrastructure automation.

-Drive implementation and optimization of CI/CD pipelines and tools like Jenkins, Terraform, Docker, and Kubernetes.

-Ensure governance and compliance across software delivery using SDLC and Agile methodologies.

-Collaborate with engineering leadership on strategic planning, execution, and policy development.

-Manage project timelines, risk assessments, and resource allocation across multiple initiatives.

-Facilitate seamless release management, working closely with QA, Dev, and Product teams to ensure production readiness.

-Contribute to technology decisions that enhance security, performance, and scalability.

-Promote a DevOps culture of continuous improvement, learning, and innovation.

-Experience with AI workloads or managing infrastructure for ML/AI applications is a plus.

Requirements

- 712 years of overall experience in the IT industry.

-Minimum 2+ years of experience managing cross-functional project teams in a Scrum/Agile environment.

-Deep understanding of DevOps, project management principles, and enterprise-level delivery practices.

-Proven experience in strategic planning, execution, and team capability development.

-Prior work in a product-based company in a Delivery Manager or Release Manager role is highly preferred.

-Strong knowledge of AWS or other IaaS platforms.

-Hands-on experience or working knowledge of Kubernetes, Docker, Terraform, Jenkins, and JIRA Automation.

-Expertise in CI/CD practices and modern software release workflows.

-Excellent communication, leadership, and team-building skills.

-Ability to operate in a high-performance, fast-paced environment.
