Job Title: Manager (Java Fullstack with GCC Experience) Qualifications: Experience: 8+ years Education: B.E/B.Tech/MCA/M.Tech Minimum Qualifications: Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, CIS, or related field (or equivalent work experience in a related field) 8 years of experience in software development or a related field. 8 years of experience in Java, J2EE, Spring, and Spring boot. Minimum 5+ years of experience in React JS, TypeScript, HTML, CSS, JavaScript 8 years of experience in database technologies 8 years of experience working on project(s) involving the implementation of solutions applying development life cycles (SDLC) Must have experience in any GCC company. Must have practiced problems on Hackerrank/Leetcode/Interviewbit/GFG (Strong problem-solving skills). Skillset: 1. 8 years of experience in software development or a related field. 2. 8 years of experience in database technologies 3. 8 years of experience working on project(s) involving the implementation of solutions applying development life cycles (SDLC). 4. 8 years of experience in Java, JEE application development. 5. Proficient in core Java 8 or higher. 6. Spring Boot / Microservices development experience is a must. 7. Experience in creating APIs / Kafka consumers. 8. Experience working in Agile methodology. 9. Strong in Data Structures and Algorithms (DSA) and problem-solving 10. Proficient in front-end technologies and frameworks: JavaScript, ReactJS, Redux, OOJS, ECMAScript 5, HTML5, CSS, LESS, SASS, Bootstrap, TypeScript, and responsive web design 11. Experience with Web Services (JSON, REST, JAX-RS) 12. Proficiency with Git and version control workflows.. 13. Experience with collaboration tools like Jira, Confluence, or Slack 14. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. 15. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. 16. Experience in managing the team of software developers, providing guidance and support. 17. Should Stay updated with industry trends and best practices, incorporating them into the team's processes and projects. 18. Good to have experience in any of the cloud.
