Role Overview: At EY-Parthenon, the Venture Building practice is focused on re-imagining clients" organizations by either enhancing their core operations or establishing new digital-native businesses. As a Design Manager, you will play a crucial role in leading a team of designers to deliver high-quality design outputs across various mediums. Your work will involve collaborating with cross-functional teams to create visually compelling narratives that bring innovative business concepts to life. Key Responsibilities: - **Team Leadership:** Manage, mentor, and develop a team of designers with expertise in presentation design, UX/UI, and video production. - **Project Management:** Oversee multiple design workstreams, allocate resources efficiently, and ensure timely delivery of projects. - **Quality Assurance:** Establish and maintain design standards, review deliverables, and provide constructive feedback to maintain exceptional output quality. - **Client/Internal Team Engagement:** Translate requirements into creative design briefs and present concepts to stakeholders effectively. - **Strategic Input:** Contribute to the strategic direction of design solutions aligning with business objectives and user needs. - **Design Process Optimization:** Implement efficient workflows to enhance productivity, design excellence, and turnaround time. - **Cross-functional Collaboration:** Partner with various teams to create cohesive and intuitive designs and solutions. - **Innovation Facilitation:** Lead design thinking workshops and innovation sessions with clients and internal teams. - **Brand Guardianship:** Ensure design deliverables adhere to client brand guidelines while maintaining creative integrity. - **Trend Awareness:** Stay updated with emerging design trends, technologies, and methodologies relevant to Corporate Venture Building. Qualification Required: - Bachelor's degree in Design, Visual Communications, or related field (Master's degree preferred). - 7+ years of professional design experience with at least 3 years in a leadership role. - Experience managing design projects in corporate environments. - Strong portfolio showcasing excellence in presentation design, UX/UI, and multimedia content. - Proficiency in English. - Background in creating pitch decks and visual materials for executive audiences. - Proficiency in tools such as Adobe CC Suite, Figma, Principle, Adobe Premiere, Final Cut Pro, MS Office, and Design Collaboration tools.
