Position Overview


We are seeking a highly skilled Cybersecurity Consultant with expertise in Information Protection, specifically in Data Discovery. This is a full-time role focused on designing and operationalizing Data Discovery processes. The ideal candidate will possess excellent analytical, communication, and presentation skills.


Key Responsibilities

  • Design Data Discovery Processes

    : Develop comprehensive Data Discovery processes to identify, classify, and protect sensitive data across the organization.

  • Create Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs)

    : Draft and implement templatized SOPs for data analysis, ensuring consistency and focus on risk reduction.

  • Automate Processes

    : Identify and coordinate automation opportunities within Data Discovery to improve efficiency and accuracy.

  • Reporting

    : Provide detailed reports to management stakeholders, highlighting the addressed risks, process improvements, and actionable insights.


Required Skills and Qualifications :


  • Proven experience in Data Security domain – this could be related to Data Discovery, Data Leakage Prevention (DLP), Data Governance etc.
  • Strong background in designing and operationalizing Data Discovery processes is preferred.
  • Preferred hand-on experience: Wiz, Proofpoint DLP/CASB, Symantec DLP
  • Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and provide actionable insights.
  • Proficiency in developing SOPs, analysis templates, and identifying automation requirements.
  • Effective communication and presentation skills, capable of engaging with management stakeholders and team members.
