Role Overview

EFRAC is looking for an experienced Manager – CRM to lead and strengthen client relationship management functions. The role involves managing corporate client relationships, handling grievances, leading a CRM team, and ensuring high levels of client satisfaction across business engagements.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end Customer Relationship Management activities for corporate clients.
• Lead, mentor, and supervise the CRM team to ensure service excellence.
• Handle client grievances, escalations, and resolution in a timely and professional manner.
• Maintain strong relationships with existing clients through regular interaction and follow-ups.
• Engage in client negotiation and coordination to support business objectives.
• Work closely with internal departments to ensure smooth service delivery.
• Prepare CRM reports, track client feedback, and suggest process improvements.

Eligibility & Candidate Profile

• Qualification: B.Sc. / M.Sc.
• Experience: 12 – 15 years in a similar Client Relationship Management role.
• Industry Preference: Pharmaceutical, Biotechnology, Clinical Research, Hospital, or Healthcare.
• Proven experience in handling corporate clients and managing long-term relationships.
• Strong communication skills in English, both verbal and written.
• Demonstrated leadership capability with experience in team handling.
• High level of professionalism, problem-solving ability, and client-focused mindset.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹66,000.00 per month
