ROLE

The purpose of the role is to assist and ensure all documentation is in place with respect to deals closed with customers including forms & applications, payment receipts, loan applications, NOC etc. Follow set procedures for documentation and highlight and take corrective action for any gap found in the procedure.

Documentation

• Collect Booking forms and all other documents and information about the customer from the Sales team.
• First level screening of booking forms to ensure all information provided is complete and accurate. Identify and highlight any gaps, if found.
• Record all relevant information in ERP software for further processing and future reference.
• Get approvals from Senior Management team before processing for Sales deal closure and delivery

• Return unapproved forms with feedback on missing details & information to the Sales team.
• Collect and maintain record of documents received from customers. Maintain separate files and ensure all documentation is in place..
• Maintain records of all payment/ refund receipts and documents issued to customer. Record cash entries as well and share information with relevant departments for reconciliation
