MEP Head/Manager

ROLE Overview:

KEY DELIVERABLES/ RESPONSIBILITIES

• Planning Development & Execution, Overseeing the billing, BOQ and design
• You are digitally savvy, can build lasting client relationships and provide support to strong, motivated teams. You have MEP management experience in managing major construction projects, including retail and commercial projects within a consultancy industry and be poised to expand your own horizons, those of our clients and of our ambitious people alike.
• Accountable for overall execution & supervision of development and construction projects including work plans and building processes from planning to construction and completion.
• Oversee construction plans, quality of raw materials used (as per the specifications decided), layouts and designs and ensure set standards of quality are met.
• Proactively identify any gaps and take corrective actions as necessary in consultation with management wherever required.
• Identify and mitigate project risks, develop processes and standards to ensure projects are on schedule and budget.
• Conduct market and competitor analysis to facilitate strategic real estate and business initiatives. Work with Architecture and other team to design top-class facilities.
• Strategize and plan distribution of tasks including decentralization of facility/ site related decisions, repairs, maintenance. Decisions involving high degree of judgement and adherence to protocols etc. should be centralised.
• Plan, budget & implement steps to control expenditure and bring down wastages & costs, primarily associated with raw materials.
• Monitor Projects for Safety and establish and maintain a safe working environment on all project sites..Train the team on maintaining safety guidelines and practices..
• Reviewing the overall status of the MEP works reporting on the progress of all MEP aspects of the project to the project director, design and commercial team.
• Scheduling of design reviews at all gateways and control points.Organising and managing technical review team resources and input.
• Developing and monitoring the clients brief, directing the fast-track high-end design delivery scope and execution of the scheme.

Plumbing Engineer:

ROLE

The position holder will be responsible for directing and monitoring all experienced plumber to install, maintain and repair sanitation units, water and gas supply lines, heating systems, and associated fixtures and appliances in residential, commercial, and industrial structures. You will also be required to design and inspect plumbing systems, perform diagnostics, and ensure they comply with regulatory codes.

To be successful as a plumber you should be able to work independently and solve problems as quickly and efficiently as possible. To excel in this position, you should have strong technical skills, be a master at troubleshooting and enjoy dealing with people.

ROLE

A Electrical Engineer is responsible for designing, planning, and overseeing the installation of electrical systems within a building as part of a larger Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing (MEP) system, ensuring compliance with building codes, energy efficiency standards, and project requirements, while collaborating with other engineers and architects throughout the construction process.
