Key Responsibilities:

  1. Brand Development:

    • Vision, Mission, and Values:

       Collaborate with senior leadership to develop and articulate the company's vision, mission, and core values. Ensure these elements are clearly communicated and integrated into all branding efforts.
    • Tagline Development:

       Craft a compelling and memorable tagline that encapsulates the essence of our brand and resonates with our target audience
    • Logo Creation:

       Lead the design process for a new company logo, working with graphic designers and stakeholders to ensure it reflects our brand identity and values.
  2. Website Development:

    • Website Design and Management:

       Oversee the creation,updations and launch of a new company website. Ensure it is user-friendly, visually appealing, and aligned with our brand identity.
    • Content Creation:

       Develop and manage content for the NEWSLETTER, website, including company information, blog posts, and other relevant materials. Ensure all content supports our marketing and communication objectives.
    • Performance Monitoring:

       Analyze website performance metrics and user feedback to make data-driven improvements.

  1. Marketing Strategy:

    • Strategy Development:

       Create and implement comprehensive B2B marketing strategies that align with the brand elements. Focus on increasing brand awareness, engagement, and market positioning as required.
    • Campaign Management:

       Plan and execute marketing campaigns across various channels, including digital, social media, email, and print. Measure and report on campaign effectiveness.
  2. Employer Branding:

    • Brand Messaging:

       Develop and promote messaging that highlights our company culture, values, and career opportunities. Ensure our employer branding reflects our vision and mission.
    • Recruitment Marketing:

       Create content and strategies to attract top talent, including job descriptions, recruitment materials, and social media posts.
  3. Communication Management:

    • Internal Communication:

       Develop and implement internal communication strategies to keep employees informed and engaged with company developments and brand initiatives.
    • External Communication:

       Manage external communication efforts, including public relations, media relations, and community outreach.
