Job Description

Position

Key Responsibilities:

DO Release
: Reviewing and releasing Delivery Orders (DO) after ensuring alignment with payment terms and contract conditions.
TCS compliance:
Prepare and reconcile TCS liabilities, validate return data and coordinate timely filing of the TCS return
Customer Ledger Reconciliation
: Performing vessel wise reconciliation of customers ledgers & Insurance refunds
Debit/Credit Note Management
: Preparing vessel-wise sheets for raising Debit/Credit Notes related to interest for LC interest
Accounts Receivables Management
: Managing and following up on outstanding receivables.
Form 27C & Compliance:
Responsible for filing & managing Form 27C, validates Form 27C return data & follow up with concern parties.
Microsoft Navision Proficiency
: Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Navision for accounting and financial processes.
MSME Vendor Management:
Track MSME vendor aging, prepare return data, and assist in timely filing with authorities.
Transportation & Bank Entries:
Verify and book transportation invoices, and record daily bank receipt entries accurately.

Additional Skills:

Demonstrates strong attention to detail and accuracy, coupled with effective communication and diligent follow-up skills.
