Job Description

Our client is based Akurdi location and It's a 5 days working from Office.

This role reports into Head of the Department.

Public Relations & Media Relations

  • Draft and issue press releases, media statements, and corporate announcements.
  • Work with PR agencies for planning, execution, and follow-up of media activities.
  • Track media coverage, prepare reports, and maintain documentation archives.
  • Support leadership visibility initiatives and press engagements.

Financial Communication

  • Assist in drafting the Annual Report, ensuring accuracy and clear messaging.
  • Support creation of Investor Presentations, quarterly results, and corporate factsheets.
  • Collaborate with Finance, Company Secretary, and Investor Relations teams for compliance and alignment.
  • Manage data collation, content development, and internal approvals.

Internal Communication

  • Implement strategic internal communication plans aligned with business goals.
  • Draft employee newsletters, leadership messages, and internal announcements.
  • Coordinate editorial calendar and content planning for internal platforms (emailers, intranet, posters, WhatsApp, etc.).
  • Support employee engagement campaigns and key corporate events.

Digital & Social Media

  • Manage website content and social media channels in coordination with marketing teams.
  • Ensure brand-aligned messaging and audience engagement across digital platforms.
  • Use analytics to track performance and recommend optimizations.

Stakeholder Management

  • Collaborate with HR, Finance, Marketing, Manufacturing, and leadership teams.
  • Coordinate with external stakeholders including PR agencies, designers, media partners, and consultants.
  • Collect inputs, manage message approvals, and ensure delivery timelines.
  • Maintain a high level of professionalism and confidentiality.

Additional Duties

  • Maintain communication calendars and ensure timely task execution.
  • Manage vendor interactions and administrative coordination.
  • Support strategic communication initiatives including brand storytelling and reputation management.
  • Ensure quality standards in all communication materials.

Skills & Competencies

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong understanding of PR, media relations, and digital communication.
  • Comfortable with financial communication and corporate reporting.
  • Strong project management and stakeholder coordination skills.
  • Proficient with MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Creative thinker with strong attention to detail.
  • Ability to work under tight deadlines and manage multiple priorities.
