Manager, Consulting - India

As the Manager, Consulting at Domo, you will lead an India-based team of business and technical consultants to successfully deploy the Domo solution by focusing on key customer business requirements. Your role involves optimizing the company's consulting business through programs that maximize customer value and satisfaction. You will also be responsible for improving the effectiveness of consulting operations to positively impact renewals and revenue growth. Developing and maintaining valuable client relationships, driving efficiency in consulting utilization, and managing the India-based Domo Consulting team are key aspects of your role. Additionally, collaborating with all functional areas of the business and evolving organizational processes for improved efficiency will be part of your responsibilities.
