Manager, Consulting - India

The Manager, Consulting position at Domo involves leading an India-based team of business and technical consultants to effectively deploy the Domo solution while focusing on meeting customer business requirements. As the Manager, Consulting, you will work closely with the team to ensure high-quality delivery, active problem-solving, and operational enhancements. It is essential for you to be well-versed in the Domo solution to lead the team by example. Your key responsibilities will include optimizing the company's consulting business to maximize customer value and satisfaction, enhancing consulting operations for positive impacts on renewals and revenue growth, developing and maintaining strategic client relationships, driving efficiency in consulting utilization and margin, and overseeing the India-based Domo Consulting team through staffing, training, organizing, mentoring, and coaching. You will collaborate with various functional areas of the business to promote effective knowledge sharing and team participation, possessing a comprehensive understanding of the organization's processes, business practices, products, and services to be a subject matter expert. Ideal candidates for this role should have Domo experience, along with a minimum of 7 years of progressive experience in consulting, relationship management, and new business development, preferably in a SaaS software environment. Leadership skills, the ability to enhance team productivity and quality, effective communication and negotiation abilities, technical proficiency in SaaS and data platforms, and strong customer relationship management experience are crucial. You should also exhibit business acumen, financial skills, and a metric-driven mentality.
