Education Qualification: Bachelor's degree in computer science or related field or higher with minimum 12 years of relevant experience.
We are looking for an experienced Project Manager with expertise in technical project delivery, team leadership, and Agile methodologies. The candidate will be responsible for end-to-end project management, including requirement gathering, design, development, testing, UAT, and deployment while ensuring smooth coordination between cross-functional teams.
Project & People Management: Oversee Agile project execution, team coordination, and resource planning.
Technical Leadership: Engage in requirement/design discussions, provide hands-on technical guidance, and drive product enhancements.Delivery & Risk Management: Ensure project scope, schedules, and deliverables align with business goals, while managing risks and impediments.Stakeholder Management: Collaborate with leadership, onsite managers, support, and sales teams.Process Optimization: Maintain governance standards, report progress, and manage financial and procurement aspects.
Must to have Skills-
Technical Expertise: Java Full Stack (Spring Boot), PL/SQL, React.API, Microservices/Java-JDK/JBOSSProject Management: Agile/SAFe methodologies, JIRA, risk & resource management.Leadership: Experience managing 20+ direct reports in multi-location environments.Industry Knowledge: Preferred experience in Finance/HRM domain/BI Insight.Certifications: SAFe Certified (preferred).Communication Skills: Strong written and verbal English proficiency, with excellent presentation and partner management skills.
