Key Responsibilities

• Preparation and review of

  consolidated financial statements

  in accordance with

  IND AS

• Strong hands-on experience in

  group consolidation

  , including subsidiaries, associates, and joint ventures
• Ensure accurate and timely

  financial reporting

  at group and entity level
• Application and interpretation of

  IND AS standards /

  IFRS

• Coordinate with auditors (statutory/internal) and manage audit closures
• Prepare disclosures, notes to accounts, and support schedules
• Support management with financial analysis and reporting insights
• Ensure compliance with regulatory and statutory requirements
